In the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, which dwell inside the Salesian estate, to the north of the Natural Reserve of the Biviere Lake, the grapes feed on the sapidity of the lake, offering us special fruits that become Vi Veri.

Of a garnet red colour, to the nose it mirrors the typical scents of the vine to which they belong, with nuances of tomato leaves and green pepper, as well as fruit notes of blackberries, cherries and plums, spiced with roasted coffee, chocolate and carob.
Smooth, velvety and persistent ,a wine of promising longevity.

The homage to a generous land translates the name of the Biviere Lake in Vi Veri, giving back in the expressive dialectal power the strong bond with the territory and with the latin roots “towards the strength”.
