The Emiryam grapes are born and grow among the dunes and the wind of Lake Biviere, bringing to maturity a warm, soft and pleasantly intense Syrah.
Garnet red, rich and complex with hints of ripe red fruit, dried red flowers and spicy notes ranging from black pepper to cinnamon, up to carob, coffee and chocolate.
