We will guide you along the routes, colors and fruits of the Mediterranean. Through the cellar, the view of Lake Biviere kisses and quenches the thirst of our vineyards and glimpses of the scrubland between the dunes.
What it includes:
• Reception and registration
• Historical presentation of the cellar, guided tour and tasting conducted by us
winemaker and our sommelier
• Tasting of three wines:
Lagodamare – natural sparkling wine – Organic
Tradune white– blend of native and non-native Terre Siciliane IGT grapes – Organic
Tradune red – blend of native and non-native Terre Siciliane IGT grapes – Organic
• The wine tasting will be accompanied by bread and extra virgin olive oil: Involio
Nocellara del Belice, Involio Tonda Iblea, Involio Cerasuola and Involio Florale
• It is advisable to inform about any allergies or intolerances
Visits and tastings take place exclusively by reservation. It is necessary to book well in advance. Payment must be made by bank transfer two days before the established date. Children don’t pay.
N.B.: It is not possible to book light lunches without a guided tour and tasting. Small pets are allowed if kept in the appropriate carrier.
