A wine, the Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico, which with the name “Brunetti d’Opera” becomes the true witness of a vocation that continues. Produced in a limited edition and numbered bottles, this wine was born as a dedication from a wife, Maria Grazia, to her husband Gino, as a symbol of industriousness and generosity.
The appearance is a beautiful, dense and bright ruby red. On the nose it is a gradual and refined succession of ripe red fruit, cinnamon, cloves, juniper, hints of vanilla and nuances of Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, supported by a pleasant acidity. The tannins are smooth and silky, the finish is savory and persistent.
