Together we will look beyond the sea. In the middle of the fragrant hedge that nestles between the vines, the vineyard lands, the salt lake and our factory, a dedicated winery. Dedicated to sailors of emotions in search of flavours.
What it includes:
• Reception and registration
• Historical presentation of the cellar, guided tour and tasting conducted by us

• Tasting of five wines:
Euphorya – Brut sparkling wine from Frappato Terre Siciliane IGT grapes – Organic
Zahara – Grillo Sicilia DOC – Organic
Victorya – Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Sicily – Organic
Gradiva – Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC – Organic
Vi Veri – Cabernet Sauvignon Sicily DOC – Organic
• Organic extra virgin olive oil tasting: Involio Nocellara del Belice, Involio Tonda
Iblea, Involio Cerasuola and Involio Florale
• The tasting will be accompanied by a light lunch of typical seasonal products of the area
• It is advisable to inform about any allergies or intolerances
Visits and tastings take place exclusively by reservation. It is necessary to book well in advance. Payment must be made by bank transfer two days before the established date. Reduced payment for children over 6 years old.
N.B.: It is not possible to book light lunches without a guided tour and tasting. Small pets
size are allowed if kept in the appropriate carrier.
