The Frappato grapes of Casa Grazia vineyards testify, in this sparkling wine, the diligent work carried out on the good grapes to make the best of them. The choice to ferment through the use of the Charmat method allows the wine to keep the fragrance of the fruit intact, making our Euphorya special and setting apart its pleasantness and elegance.

A bright colour that reminds us of pink gold, a fine and persistent perlage from which nuances of pomegranate and red azerole are released. In its name is a blessing, a wish to “bring good luck”, homage to the liveliness of Sicily and
the joy of life.
